Reading Challenge Grand Winners

On May 28th, we had a Grand Prize giving extravaganza for the Reading Challenge. Mrs. Vanier from the Stanstead Journal, Mrs. Priest from ETSB and Mrs. Retchless, vice-principal at Galt came to congratulate our top readers along with our last participation random pick winners. Thanks to our sponsors: ETFS, Sherbrooke's Rotary Club, Brome Lake Bookstore and Spoutnik for their generous contributions. Without them, we would not have been able to reward all 132 participants. As you can see on the picture, we had a very good selection of prizes for the readers.

Mr. Béliveau, Galt's principal, gave us the beautiful Galt bags so we could fill them with surprises. Let me tell you that they were filled to the rim.

We hope we will be able to continue with the Reading Challenge next year. What I like the most about it is that not only the top readers get a prize but everybody who is registered.
